FullCircl expands leadership team with three new exec appointments
Customer lifecycle intelligence (CLI) platform FullCircl has announced three new exec appointments, with Amy Musk named as its new chief operating officer (COO), Immy Tugcu as VP of product, and Hema Marshall as chief revenue officer (CRO).
Andrew Yates, CEO of FullCircl, says the appointments are “the next building block in FullCircl’s journey”, and that restructuring its leadership framework is intended to ensure the fintech maintains agility when serving businesses abiding by evolving regulatory requirements.
Musk has worked for FullCircl for six years – previously holding the VP of growth position. The fintech says that in her new COO role, Musk will expedite its growth by enabling “collaborative optimisation of its business operations”.
New VP of product Tugcu, who has been at FullCircl since its inception in 2006, will now oversee the firm’s product strategy, taking charge of origination and implementation.
For Marshall, she will seek to leverage her track record of leading sales teams and “implementing holistic strategies for growth-driven alignment across all revenue-related operations” in fulfilling the remit of FullCircl’s first CRO.
She joins from online legal platform Sparqa Legal, where she held the CRO position for over a year. Before this she worked at Cisco for more than 14 years, holding various leadership positions including sales director (MD), SME and partnerships for the US-based software provider.
