Colorado’s Elevations Credit Union partners Alkami for digital banking platform
Elevations Credit Union has gone live with Alkami’s digital business, retail and mobile banking platform.
The Colorado-based credit union is deploying the platform to help grow its retail and business portfolio as well as improve its digital banking capabilities and position within the online market.
Alkami says its tech is set to enable Elevations to introduce self-service digital banking, enhanced account opening capabilities, data analytics to help improve customer engagement and fraud prevention tools to the 176,000 members it serves across the state’s Front Range region.
In addition to the digital banking platform, the credit union is also leveraging Alkami’s partnership with credit score solutions provider SavvyMoney to promote “financial wellness” through its marketing and educational initiatives.
Describing the implementation as “one of the best I have seen in my career”, Craig Draayer, vice president of digital transformation at Elevations, says the move is an attempt to keep up with “a member base that is incredibly technologically savvy and open to innovation”.
Jeff Chen, vice president, product management at Alkami, adds that the partnership will aid Elevations in the creation of “personalised human interactions with members focused on their financial journey”.
Founded in 1952, Elevations has become the latest addition to Alkami’s roster of partners, which currently includes Credit Union of Texas, NET Credit Union, IC Credit Union and Liberty Bank, among others.
