US Eagle FCU partners Lumin Digital for digital banking
Albuquerque-based US Eagle Federal Credit Union has tapped Lumin Digital to power its new digital banking platform.
Through a multi-year partnership, US Eagle FCU will make use of Lumin Digital’s cloud-based digital banking infrastructure, which includes features such as savings plans, financial guidance, personalised spending insights and real-time app updates.
The new mobile app will enable individuals and businesses in New Mexico to pay bills, make deposits, transfer funds and monitor their account activity.
Steve Schreiner, the credit union’s chief digital officer, says the adoption of Lumin Digital’s infrastructure will help it “serve, engage, and grow our membership”, as well as bring efficiencies to its internal operations.
Adding to this, Lisa Daniels, Lumin Digital’s chief delivery officer, says its goal for the partnership is to “help elevate the member experience during every interaction and build loyalty through sought-after features, hyper-reliability and uptime”.
The fintech, which is based in San Ramon, California and owned by PSCU, offers digital banking tech built specifically to power the digital demands of credit unions. It is currently engaged in similar partnerships with Hawaii State Federal Credit Union and Vermont-based New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU), among others.
