InvesTex Credit Union selects Bankjoy for digital banking upgrade
US-based InvesTex Credit Union has partnered up with digital banking solutions provider Bankjoy to enhance its online and mobile banking experience.
Through the partnership, InvesTex Credit Union says all its members will have access to Bankjoy’s digital banking platform, armed with a suite of digital and mobile banking features including online account opening and integrated loan applications.
Bankjoy says its platform will directly integrate with InvesTex’s core processing system – Corelation Keystone – and will result in a “consistent, secure and intuitive” user experience for InvesTex members across all digital channels.
As the first official Corelation certified partner, Bankjoy adds that credit unions who run on Corelation’s core will find it quicker and easier to roll out its digital banking solutions.
“By 2025, the number of digital banking users is projected to surpass 216 million and many of these users will access their banking at least once per month or more, according to recent data,” says Michael Duncan, CEO of Bankjoy.
“As more consumers increasingly rely on mobile banking apps for their financial needs, credit unions must keep up technologically to keep members satisfied.”
Founded in 1952, InvesTex Credit Union was formerly known as Aldine Teachers Credit Union and claims to manage more than $250 million in assets.
