CSI names financial services veteran Troy Bradley as new CTO
US fintech solutions provider CSI has appointed Troy Bradley as its new chief technology officer (CTO).
A financial services veteran, Bradley brings more than 35 years of experience leading product development and technology teams across banking and payments to the role, including community banking. He joins CSI after spending three years at NCR Corporation, where he served as corporate vice president and chief information and technology officer.
Prior to NCR, Bradley spent more than seven years as global CTO for FIS, leading corporate strategy and product innovation for the firm. He has also held roles as an independent consultant in financial services and as senior vice president and CTO of Metavante, a position he held for 20 years.
As CTO of CSI, Bradley has been tasked with heading up product innovation for community banks across the US, while also leading CSI’s technology modernisation strategy, “aligning its network, security and software engineering initiatives and bringing to market a comprehensive financial services platform with a focus on open architecture and improving customers’ efficiencies and flexibility”.
Commenting on his new role at CSI, Bradley says: “I’ve spent my entire career in financial services working with and listening to community banks.
“While the technology of the industry has changed over 30 years, the underlying principles have not. Banks want technologies that drive efficiency, offer flexibility and enable growth across their lines of business, and they want a partner that places equal emphasis on delivering innovation and building lasting relationships.”
In March this year, CSI appointed Linda Fischer as its new chief operating officer (COO).
