Bravura Solutions appoints APAC and EMEA CEOs as part of new leadership structure
Australian financial software provider Bravura Solutions has named Paul Dunn and Chris Spencer as its new CEOs for the APAC and EMEA regions, respectively, as the company looks to rejig its leadership structure in a bid to enhance operational efficiencies.
Dunn joined Bravura in 2018 as client relations and sales director for the Asia Pacific region, progressing to the post of managing director, APAC, in 2022. He brings more than 25 years of financial services experience to his new role, having previously worked for companies including ANZ Wealth and ING Australia.
Based in London, UK, Spencer joined Bravura in November 2022 as managing director. With more than three decades of experience in financial services, Spencer’s previous roles include serving as managing director for Embark Pensions, Fund Partners and IFDS Financial Services, with his earlier experience extending to stints at Barclays and Fidelity Investments.
In their new roles, both will be tasked with heading up financial management and operations for their respective regions with the aim to grow and improve client outcomes. Both Dunn and Spencer will report to group CEO and managing director Andrew Russell.
Commenting on the appointments, Russell says the pair “will play important roles in aligning our organisation with our markets, products and clients moving forward”.
“This is a crucial step in the evolution of Bravura, helping us further streamline our business and form ever closer relationships with our clients.”
