On Wednesday 22 November, FinTech Futures brought together over 100 senior-level professionals from banks and fintechs for a morning of invaluable networking and panel discussions.
In the first panel, Michael Conway, Executive Partner, Data, AI and Technology Transformation Service Line Leader, IBM; Narinder Patti, Fintech Lead, Google; Martin Goodson, CEO, Evolution AI; and our moderator, Paul Hindle, Editor, FinTech Futures, aimed to look beyond the hype and explore the real-world use cases for AI in financial services.
The second panel saw Jonathan Hall, Head of Digital, Commercial & Institutions, NatWest Group; Roger Burkhardt, Capital Markets Chief Technology Officer and Co-Head of AI, Broadridge; Philip Benton, Principal Analyst – Financial Services, Omdia; and moderator Tyler Pathe, Reporter, FinTech Futures, discuss the impact of generative AI on business and retail banking.
We also had an insightful presentation from Andrew Brosnan, Principal Analyst AI in Financial Services and Healthcare, Omdia, who provided some valuable statistics and models on the current state of AI in financial services.
