NET Credit Union selects Bankjoy for digital onboarding solution
NET Credit Union, based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, has partnered up with Bankjoy to deploy its online and mobile onboarding solution for new customers.
Through the partnership, the credit union will leverage Bankjoy’s online account opening solution to streamline the onboarding process in a bid to acquire new members and grow its deposits.
Bankjoy says its solution enables new customers to open an account in just 90 seconds and verify their identity through ID upload and selfie matching, which can be done via mobile, online or through in-branch channels. NET Credit Union can also customise the account opening experience based on its preferences.
It adds that its solution will also “seamlessly integrate” with the credit union’s Alkami digital banking platform, allowing existing members to open additional accounts at speed.

Baltrusaitis adds that Bankjoy’s solution delivers an onboarding experience that will allow the firm “to continue building relationships within our community, and to attract and convert new members”.
