Aeropay teams up with UBank for in-game payments innovation
Paytech start-up Aeropay has partnered with Texas-based UBank as it looks to “revolutionise” the intersection between financial services and the gaming industry.
The partnership will specifically seek to simplify in-game payments while also promising to “enhance compliance and expand total reach” as the firms look to address what they describe as the “intricate payment challenges” at play within the current gaming ecosystem.
Chicago-based Aeropay, a specialist in customised business payment solutions, is to combine its payment processing expertise with UBank’s self-proclaimed “modern and progressive” operations to improve both the player deposit and withdrawal experience and associated compliance protocols.
Speaking on the partnership, Aeropay’s CEO, Daniel Muller, anticipates that the collaborative effort will “set a new standard” for the gaming industry, whereby operators and developers are connected to “tailored, sophisticated payment solutions”.
Adding to this, UBank president, Justin Armstrong, says that through its partnership with Aeropay, “we’re pioneering solutions that cater to the unique needs of the gaming industry”.
“Our joint mission is clear: to prioritise relationships, serve our communities better, and keep our finger on the pulse of technological advancements”, adds Armstrong.
