UK paytech Form3 names former NatWest exec Matt Tuck as new CCO
London-based paytech Form3 has appointed Matt Tuck as its new chief commercial officer (CCO), effective 11 September.
Tuck boasts more than 35 years of experience in financial services products, sales, operations and payment solutions and joins the company from NatWest, where he has served as head of product, service and operations since March 2020.
Prior to NatWest, Tuck previously held the positions of CEO Europe at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, head of global corporate banking at Barclays and head of cash management at Deutsche Bank, among others.
Form3 says Tuck’s focus will be “to support new and existing customers’ payment technology needs to enable their market growth”.
Commenting on his new role on LinkedIn, Tuck says he will take the lead on “all customer relations, in addition to focusing on Form3’s expansion of our customer base across key markets including the UK, Europe and the US”.
Founded in 2016, Form3 offers a cloud-native account-to-account (A2A) payments platform. Its Payments-as-a-Service tech is currently used by financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Lloyds Bank and Nationwide Building Society to securely run and scale their mission-critical payments infrastructure.
The company secured a €23 million venture debt facility from Atempo Growth last year, which followed a $160 million Series C funding round led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management in September 2021.
