WaterStone Bank taps nCino for cloud banking platform
US-based WaterStone Bank has partnered with nCino to upgrade its technology and migrate its lending activities to its cloud banking platform.
Established in 1921 and based in Wisconsin, WaterStone Bank is a community bank that offers personal and business banking products and services. It says it was looking to enhance the lending experience for its customers by moving to a single platform in order to help eliminate inefficiencies, improve compliance and integrate data and insights into its workflow. It aims to migrate all its commercial, consumer and residential lending activities.
Ryan Gordon, EVP and chief credit officer at WaterStone Bank, says the partnership is a “strategic move to help us consolidate and streamline our lending processes across all lines of business”.
“By utilising a single platform that delivers a true end-to-end lending experience, we will be empowered to deliver more seamless experiences to our customers while gaining efficiencies and added transparency across our operations and portfolio,” Gordon adds.
Some of nCino’s recent takers for its lending solution include UK challenger Ashman Bank and South Africa’s Capitec Bank.
