IC Credit Union selects Alkami for tech stack modernisation
Massachusetts-based IC Credit Union has tapped digital banking solutions provider Alkami for a tech stack overhaul.
Through the partnership, the credit union intends to carry out a full tech stack evolution to create a modernised user experience (UX) for its 37,000-strong member base.
It will leverage Alkami’s modern UX for streamlined digital account opening, as well as its Data and Marketing Solutions to access advanced analytics, in a bid to grow its member base.
Wayne McCulloch, chief customer officer for Alkami, says the credit union’s “tech-savvy leadership team has prioritised UX and extensibility, which will significantly enhance their member experience now and in the future”.
He adds that through the partnership, Alkami hopes to create a member experience “that will build loyalty, drive engagement and empower future growth” for the credit union.
Founded in 2009 and based in Texas, USA, Alkami offers cloud-native digital banking solutions to financial institutions and credit unions in the US. Its recent clients include Liberty Bank and Kennebec Savings Bank.
