Transaction Systems names Martin Löffler as global CEO
Global paytech Transaction Systems has named Martin Löffler as its new global CEO, effective May 2023.
Löffler succeeds Andrey Sokurenko, who will remain a part of the leadership team focusing on software innovation and R&D. He joins from Software ONE, where he most recently served as regional vice president, central Europe.
To the new role, Löffler brings 25 years of experience across international leadership positions, particularly in global system integration and consulting companies.
He worked at SAS, responsible for advancing the firm’s professional services business in central Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Besides his responsibility for the region’s end-to-end business in Europe, including overseeing go-to-market planning and partner engagements, he also contributed as sales leader and strategic advisor of digital transformation to customers from all industries.
Löffler says it is “a privilege” to lead Transaction Systems, adding that the company has seen “great success” and is about to embark on the next stage of its growth journey.
“Now is a natural time for additional momentum and an advanced services offering,” Löffler adds.
