Liberty Bank launches on Alkami’s digital banking platform
Connecticut, US-based Liberty Bank has launched on Alkami’s cloud-based digital banking platform.
The move to Alkami will enable Liberty Bank to leverage data and provide enhanced personalised communication channels for both its retail and business banking customers. The platform can also provide the bank with long-term integrations.
Liberty Bank says the move is a “crucial step” in its complete technology stack overhaul. It also adds that the move will lead to a “substantial portion” of their customer base, approximately 150,000, converting to Alkami’s single platform for business, retail and mobile banking.
“Financial institutions can no longer piecemeal their digital transformation efforts, they must consider the entire account holder experience,” says Stephen Bohanon, Alkami’s co-founder and chief strategy and product officer.
“A complete digital sales and service platform enables the experience that FIs need to provide today: one that rivals burgeoning fintech companies and even those of non-banking platforms like Amazon.”
Alkami provides cloud-based digital banking solutions for banks and credit unions in the US.
Earlier this month, Miami-based Kennebec Savings Bank also tapped Alkami for its cloud-based digital banking platform.
