Consumer finance firm JIVF taps OpenWay for credit products platform
JACCS International Vietnam Finance Company (JIVF) has tapped paytech firm OpenWay for its Way4 credit software solution as it looks to roll out a range of personal finance offerings in Vietnam.
OpenWay describes its Way4 offering as an end-to-end solution comprising an online core, account and events management, dynamic pricing, automated workflows, card issuing and wallet management, merchant management, omni-channel, authorisation and settlement, and APIs.
The migration to the new platform is expected to be wrapped up in a few months, the vendor says, and will help JIVF deliver individual and corporate credit card products, buy now, pay later (BNPL) services, and launch a digital wallet through partnerships with local and global brands.
This is the first Way4 installation on Oracle Cloud in Southeast Asia.
JIVF general director Taniguchi Noboru says a number of factors led to the firm’s decision to choose OpenWay, including a fast time to market and high operational efficiency. Noboru adds there is high demand for credit products in Vietnam.
JIVF is owned by Japan Consumer Credit Service (JACCS) and has been operating in Vietnam since 2010. It offers financing for automobiles and appliances as well as credit cards, card loans, and other consumer loans.
