UK’s Shawbrook Bank taps Cashflows to streamline payments
UK-based Shawbrook Bank has partnered with payments platform Cashflows to streamline its business finance payment processes.
Cashflows will enable Shawbrook Bank to process its e-commerce business finance collections through a virtual terminal for over-the-phone payments.
Shawbrook will also have access to Cashflows Go, which provides transaction monitoring in real time as well as live data and analysis on payment trends, sales volumes and acceptance rates.
Cashflows Go allows clients to optimise payments, set up automated email follow-ups for abandoned sales, control and customise remittances and access its virtual terminal with payment links.
Kathryn Winup, deputy chief financial officer (CFO) of Shawbrook, says the firm chose to work with Cashflows as its payment solutions can help the bank better support customer needs.
“The e-commerce payments landscape continues to rapidly grow and in today’s competitive landscape, what sets businesses aside when it comes to payments is personalisation and understanding,” says Hannah Fitzsimons, CEO of Cashflows.
Cashflows is a UK-based fintech company that enables small corporates and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Europe to accept card and digital payments online, in-store or on the go.
