Lorenzo Tassan-Bassut is the Business Lead Retail Fraud Management within the COO Retail organisation for ING Bank. Responsible for overall global Anti-Fraud services and Retail Fraud Management, he provides business lines with prevention services and governance, as well as prediction and detection services. Lorenzo has worked for more than 23 years in ING, including leading the fields of Operations/IT, CISO, Data-management, Project Office as well Financial and non-Financial Risk Management. He has worked in Poland, Bangkok, Moscow, Budapest, Hong Kong and Curacao (The Dutch Antilles).
Prior joining the Fraud Management domain, Lorenzo was COO of ING Bank Slaski, Poland and responsible for Operations, including banks wide support services like: IT Security/Cyber Crime, Anti-Fraud, KYC, Data-Management (incl. Business Intelligence).
