OneFamily goes live with iPipeline’s SSG Digital
UK-based OneFamily, a financial mutual society, has gone live on a new digital platform provided by iPipeline.
The mutual is deploying iPipeline’s SSG Digital, which replaces its existing savings, investments, and protection platform.
OneFamily decided on the move to add flexibility and adapt to the needs of its customers. IPipeline says the mutual can now “deliver an agile and cutting-edge service across multiple sectors”.
Founded in 2015, OneFamily is wholly owned by its 2.6 million members and is the UK’s third-largest mutual society. It formed from the merger of Engage Mutual Assurance and Family Investments.
The firm holds around £8 billion in assets under management, and offers savings plans, ISAs, mortgages, and life insurance.
Its tech partnership with iPipeline is moving in stages.
The first focuses on digitising the processes for new products and product enhancements. A second stage will see the re-platforming of existing products for all OneFamily customers.
“With a multi-generational customer base, it’s important to us to be able to offer the latest in digital capabilities alongside more traditional customer contact channels,” says Graham O’Sullivan, director of IT at OneFamily.
