LoanPro lands $100m Series A round led by FTV Capital
Utah-based fintech LoanPro has secured a $100 million investment from growth equity firm FTV Capital.
The company says the funds will be used to enhance its platform functionality, enter new lending markets and further invest in growth.
Founded in 2014 by three brothers, Rhett, Ben and Lloyd Roberts, LoanPro is a SaaS-based loan management, servicing and collections platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Co-founder and CEO Rhett Roberts says the company was built “by lenders for lenders” and uses “a modern tech stack to simplify the user experience of managing loans”.
The firm says its API-based software enables real-time monitoring, management and automation of loans for “mid-sized and enterprise lenders”.
LoanPro claims to have more than $15 billion worth of loans under management and boasts over 600 clients in the US and Canada.
Roberts adds the funding will help LoanPro to “reach and successfully serve even more lenders”.
As part of the deal, FTV Capital partner Robert Anderson, who led the investment, will join LoanPro’s board of directors.
