Broadridge is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented, analytical individual to join its London-based Strategy team.
The successful candidate will work with sales, marketing, and account management teams to establish and execute on go-to-market, while supporting strategically relevant sales opportunities by shaping value proposition, building business cases, and presenting to prospects.
You will work closely with management to evaluate and prioritise both organic and inorganic growth initiatives and build related business cases.
Previous working experience in a strategy and/or business development role is important, along with experience in the financial services and funds industry.

By partnering with CSC, clients reduce the complexities associated with international business. Their local presence, coupled with CSC’s robust affiliate network, assists clients with their subsidiaries’ compliance obligations, regardless of where in the world they are registered.
This is a great new opportunity as CSC looks to expand their GSM team! They are looking for a self-starter capable of working from home or from their office in Canary Wharf. For the right candidate, this position could be 100% remote.
You would be working closely with the team in the US and London. Someone who loves problem solving, is highly organised, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position. CSC’s most successful employees are service oriented and work well as a team player.
You will be assisting clients with their annual compliance events along with any corporate secretarial filings needed throughout the year. Requests can vary due to each clients’ company structure, and each transaction is unique and stimulating.
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, OakNorth
OakNorth Holdings (the group which includes OakNorth Bank plc and the various OakNorth software entities around the world) has raised over $1bn from leading investors, including Clermont Group, Coltrane, EDBI of Singapore, GIC, NIBC, SMBC, Toscafund, and SoftBank’s Vision Fund.
In addition to OakNorth’s own bank in the UK, their software is also being deployed by banks around the world, including Capital One, Fifth Third, PNC, and many others.
OakNorth’s Full Stack Software Engineers are responsible for building the end-to-end web-based platform, allowing the company to capitalise on opportunities. They thrive in data-driven and fast-paced environments and drive the evolution of web architecture.
OakNorth’s engineering team is organised into cross-functional squads. You’ll work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and other engineers to build greenfield features and deploy high-quality tested code resulting in amazing user experiences.
You will be able to leverage a wide range of technical skills on a multi-cloud architecture – including technologies like AWS, Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Typescript, React, Docker, and Kubernetes – in a mission-critical financial services environment.
