Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League picks ERI for core banking
Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League (JCCUL) has selected the ERI Olympic system, aiming to furnish its members with new investment services.
JCUUL is the national trade association for credit unions in the Caribbean nation. Based in Kingston, the firm has a total of 1.1 million members.
Its 25-member credit unions offer loans, deposits, fixed-income securities, equities, pensions and more.
Each credit union serves a specific community, parish, professional group, or association. The group has a combined assets under management of $136 billion.
“We are delighted to be welcoming our second Jamaica-based financial services organisation,” says ERI sales director Nicholas Hacking.
“JCCUL rapidly trusted us as we managed to demonstrate through product coverage and strong client references that ERI was the right fit for their business objectives.”
Hacking says the selection process occurred entirely remotely, and Olympic’s implementation will follow along the same lines.
