Form3 appoints ACI Worldwide’s Jessica Letterman as new customer chief
Payments technology provider Form3 has appointed Jessica Letterman as its new chief customer officer.
Letterman will focus on high growth across key markets and new geographies.
Form3 says her appointment boosts its goal to achieve a 50/50 split between male and female members of its C-suite.
Other female C-level executives at the firm include chief financial officer Bonnie Mitchell and chief operating officer Eimear O’Conner.
Prior to joining Form3, Letterman spent 13 years at ACI Worldwide, leaving as sales manager for the international sales team.
She says: “Form3 has an impressive record of technology excellence, strong investment and big bank names among its customer following.
“Their advanced, cloud-native technology is now at the forefront of driving the future of payments in both the UK and Europe.”
Form3 secured an undisclosed investment from issuing giant Mastercard in late December 2020. This followed a $33 million raise from August from Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide, and 83North.
The vendor, which claims to be trusted by “some of the UK and Europe’s biggest tier one banks”, signed a processing deal with Aion earlier this month.
