Monzo are looking for a Diversity and Inclusion leader to work within the newly formed People Experience squad to help make Monzo the place where anyone can do the best work of their lives. You’ll report to the Director of People and work closely with colleagues in People Development, Culture and Internal Comms to help make Monzo more inclusive at a systemic level as they continue to grow.

UK Legal Entity Risk Officer, BNY Mellon
The UK Legal Entity Risk Officer, will have risk oversight responsibility for Line of Business and Legal Entity risk management covering all Enterprise Risk categories pertinent to business activity conducted in the UK. The Legal Entity related accountabilities include responsibility for Risk related Board and Regulator interactions and delivery, ensuring full compliance with policies and internal governance requirements.
You will be responsible for delivery of Capital Planning in conjunction with the EMEA Risk Capital team and executive leadership team.
The successful candidate should expect to work in a largely autonomous way but able to access more senior support for guidance and direction as needed.
