Goldman Sachs signs multi-year deal with Publicis Sapient
Goldman Sachs has agreed on a multi-year collaboration deal with Publicis Sapient focused on the former’s new cash and payments service.
The US-based Goldman Sachs Transaction Banking platform is an attempt by the bank to provide an API-led service. It includes virtual integrated accounts and “enhanced capabilities and features”.
Publicis Sapient is both a partner for and a client of the new Goldman system.
David Donovan, executive vice president for Publicis Sapient financial services, says the firm is “thrilled” with the deal.
He adds that it will support the roll-out of Goldman’s “cloud-native transaction banking platform”, which is “the first all-digital platform in the market.”
Luc Teboul, managing director and engineering lead for the Goldman platform, adds that Publicis Sapient has been “a trusted collaborator supporting our digital capabilities”.
