American Eagle Financial Credit Union picks Fiserv’s DNA
Connecticut-based American Eagle Financial Credit Union has picked Fiserv’s DNA core account processing platform.
According to the vendor, American Eagle FCU picked DNA to “transform its member experience and drive innovation.”
Jim Evans, chief information officer at the credit union, says customers today are expecting “Amazon-like experiences”.
He adds that people are expecting their local credit unions to “understand and even predict their needs”.
Evans says the “extensibility and scalability” enabled by DNA will allow his firm to be “more flexible in how we deliver services to our members.”
The credit union plans to use Fiserv DNA to integrate third-party solutions and to service small business banking accounts.
Founded in 1935, American Eagle FCU is the largest community credit union in Connecticut. The firm holds assets of around $1.9 billion and operates 15 branches across the Constitution State.
“Credit unions are searching for ways to meet the constantly evolving expectations of their members,” says Sam Boggs, president and general manager of open solutions at Fiserv.
“The right technology can help them meet and exceed those expectations by making it easier to innovate and deploy new services.”
Fiserv’s DNA has seen a fair number of new takers so far in 2020. Among them are United Federal Credit Union, True Sky Credit Union, and Air Academy Federal Credit Union.
