Andrea Remyn Stone joins Refinitiv to boost open platforms development
Refinitiv has hired Andrea Remyn Stone as its new chief customer proposition officer and member of the executive leadership team.
According to the firm, Stone will work with customers to develop breakthrough solutions in open platform technology collaboration.
Stone joins from Dealogic where she has been chief strategy officer since June 2015. Prior to this she spent five years as global head of strategy and corporate development at Bloomberg.
“We are delighted to welcome Andrea to our team,” says David Craig, Refinitiv CEO, to whom Stone will be reporting directly.
“She brings a wealth of strategic proposition experience and a deep understanding of the data, analytics, trading, and risk assessment markets which will be invaluable in developing next-generation solutions for our customers.”
Stone says that she is excited to be joining the firm at a “crucial time” for data services and the evolution of financial market infrastructure.
London Stock Exchange (LSE) shareholders approved the firm’s $27 billion takeover of Refinitiv back in November 2019.
The merger is an extension of LSE’s information services business.
