FundRock appoints Lee Marshall as CTO
FundRock Group has appointed Lee Marshall as its chief transformation officer (CTO) and director of group strategic clients, based in the firm’s headquarters in Luxembourg. This newly created, group-wide role is aiming to accelerate strategic priorities and optimise the integration of operations in multiple jurisdictions, following the company’s growth.
Lee Marshall comments: “Being in the industry, I have followed FundRock’s impressive development over the last years through organic growth and targeted acquisitions. I am thrilled to join FundRock and look forward to working with everyone to ensure we optimise the overall experience for both our teams and most importantly our clients”.
Lee has more than 20 years’ experience as an industry executive in business transformation, engineering, operations and product. He joins from MasonBower where he held the position of chief operating officer (COO). In this capacity, he was helping clients in Europe and Asia find opportunities for growth and taking ideas to market through business opportunities and assessment.
Prior to that, Lee spent six years at KNEIP, a data management and reporting solutions firm for the investment management and financial industry. He held various strategic positions while at KNEIP including acting COO and head of operations & ICT Infrastructure. Previously, he spent nearly fourteen years at JP Morgan as a senior product manager for its European fund administration arm.
