Royal Banks of Missouri adopts POPi/o video banking
Royal Banks of Missouri has implemented POPio Mobile Video Cloud (POPi/o) to offer customers video-assisted digital banking services, reports Jane Connolly.
Using the patented POPi/o platform, the community bank’s customers can carry out real-time video chats with bank representatives via the bank’s website or mobile app, on any personal device.
This allows complex banking tasks such in-video transactions, document approvals and applications and secure document exchanges.
The company says that POPi/o is easily deployed within existing systems, allowing the smooth presentation of loan origination system (LOS) documents and other current customer service applications.
POPi/o founder and CEO Gene Pranger says: “With POPi/o, financial institutions can now offer customised, one-to-one services once only available inside the branch to any digital channel for the most seamless consumer banking experience possible.”
Users of POPi/o can access the Executive Dashboard and Support Centre to view details such as analytics, along with an industry-first application for emotive recognition.
