River Valley Community FCU becomes first in Arkansas to adopt POPi/o video banking
River Valley Community Federal Credit Union is the first in Arkansas to offer face-to-face digital banking with POPio Mobile Video Cloud (POPi/o), reports Jane Connolly.
The member-owned financial institution can now provide video collaboration for its 7,200-plus members, through web and mobile applications via any personal device.
River Valley, which has two branches, can offer members real-time mobile video chats and the capacity to carry out complex banking tasks through POPi/o’s patented platform.
“POPi/o’s video banking platform allows River Valley another way to connect with our members much more efficiently and give our members a great experience with us,” says River Valley’s president and CEO, Mark Hixson. “We’re very excited to use this technology tool to build upon the years of relationships that we have with our members.”
He adds: “It is a blend of technology and relationship.”
Early this month, Royal Banks of Missouri revealed it had also implemented POPi/o to deliver video-assisted digital banking services.
