Allianz Bank goes with Software Group for Bulgarian revamp
Allianz Bank Bulgaria, in partnership with Software Group, a local tech firm, is launching а digital transformation project to help financial institution communicate with customers.
Software Group gets new tech deal in Bulgaria
The project duration will be two and a half years, implemented in phases. The first results are expected at the end of 2019.
“Our priority is to offer our clients contemporary digitalised customer service with a focus on speed, quality and individual approach. The implementation of the new digital platform along with Software Group is part of our strategy for digital transformation and will ensure new and improved customer experience,” says Georgi Zamanov, CEO of Allianz Bank Bulgaria.
The project includes the implementation of a digital banking platform, loan management solution, agency banking solution, a personal finance management portal, customer identity and access management solution, among others.
The client services of Allianz Bank Bulgaria will be supported by a chatbot that will provide self-service, thus “saving customers time and ensuring convenience”.
The bank is a long-standing user of Oracle FSS’s Flexcube core banking system.
