CSI helps banks open up to APIs
Fintech firm Computer Services Inc (CSI) is launching CSIbridge, an API platform to allow banks to integrate custom technology in their systems.
CSIbridge will let banks and third-party providers access data to roll out services and supporting solutions more quickly through pre-built APIs into popular banking features.
“Customers continue to expect more and more from their banking experience, so financial institutions must find innovative ways to keep up with the pace of change,” says Bob Ezell, chief product officer at CSI.
“CSIbridge enables our customers to work collaboratively with fintech providers on value-added solutions and enhancements that allow them to continually grow while providing the latest technology offerings,” Ezell adds.
The platform offers API integrations into a catalogue of CSI’s banking infrastructure, through which the firm will provide ongoing updates into each API. The firm has said this catalogue will expand with time.
Earlier this year, CSI signed up five new banks in a short period in Tennessee, Minnesota and New York. Bam!
Recently, Citizens Alliance Bank followed.
