LGT selects Appway for digital client lifecycle management
LGT, the private banking and asset management group owned by the Princely House of Liechtenstein, has selected Appway to digitalise its customer lifecycle management processes.
The bank will use Appway’s digital banking platform to digitalise its operational and client-facing processes, covering all stages of the client lifecycle, including prospecting, onboarding, support, and offboarding.
Beginning with the first project phase this month, LGT will introduce a customer onboarding process for its Liechtenstein head office as well as its private banking branches in Switzerland, Austria, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
André Lagger, CEO of LGT Financial Services, says this is a “strong investment in our customer service capabilities” and the processes will enable it to “scale our advisory services”.
According to Appway, it helps internal collaboration across departments and locations by orchestrating LGT’s existing systems and applications, including its Avaloq core banking platform.
Appway is headquartered in Switzerland and says its software suite has over 420,000 users worldwide.
