PaymentComponents and Natech partner for open banking push
UK-based PaymentComponents’s open banking platform, AplonAPI, will be integrated with Greek firm Natech’s core banking solution, CSB2.
With the deal, banks that use CSB2 can now become PSD2 compliant by getting access to AplonAPI (an API management framework) as part of the same solution.
PaymentComponents adds that financial institutions that choose to install CSB2 will get a “fully scalable open banking technology stack, allowing them to streamline their APIs integration strategy”.
During the last year, Natech launched CSB2, increased corporate numbers by 100%, restructured its business process management and expanded its partnership network in Central & West Africa, Iran, Albania and Cyprus.
Last month, PaymentComponents become a member of London-based tech hub Level39, and moved the location of its office to Canary Wharf. It joins a lively community – we know as we visited the place.
Back in January, PaymentComponents and Infosistema revealed that Portugal’s Banco BAI Europa selected AplonAPI to power its PSD2 compliance and open banking project.
