CrossFirst Bank goes live on nCino Bank Operating System
Kansas-based CrossFirst Bank has implemented nCino’s Bank Operating System for its commercial loan process.
nCino’s cloud-based solution is built on Salesforce.com. The vendor says it combines customer relationship management, loan origination, workflow, enterprise content management, business process management and instant reporting on a single platform.
Amy Fauss, chief operating officer at CrossFirst Bank, says nCino’s system means it can “meet increased loan demand with more speed and productivity by reducing our reliance on paper and empowering employees to close loans more quickly”.
CrossFirst Bank is a $2.2 billion bank with a presence in Kansas City, Wichita, Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Dallas. It also operates an Energy Bank division reaching an additional 12 states and beyond.
Double delight
Last month, North Carolina-based North State Bank went live on Bank Operating System.
In March, Valley National Bank, a $23 billion financial institution in New Jersey, announced it was implementing nCino’s system for commercial lending.
