Coca-Cola Credit Union in front-to-back office tech revamp
Coca-Cola Credit Union in the US state of Georgia is modernising its online and mobile banking with Bankjoy, and its back office tech with Corelation.
The credit union aims “to build a robust omnichannel user experience for its global membership base”, Bankjoy says.
The functionality will include bill payments, mobile deposits, wire transfers, personal financial management (PFM) and card services. There will also be “a complete redesign” of the credit union’s website.
Farhan Jadavji, Coca-Cola Credit Union’s IT manager, says the team was swayed by Bankjoy’s “greater productivity, improved efficiencies, increased security, enhanced features/functionality, and an advanced UX at an affordable cost”.
The credit union is also in the process of modernising its core software. It is implementing the Keystone system from Corelation, and plans to go live with it in October this year.
Ode to Bankjoy
Bankjoy was founded in 2015 by two former credit union IT employees, Michael Duncan (CEO) and Dan Domek (CTO). The company is based in Detroit and focuses in the credit union market.
“Coca-Cola Credit Union has a clear vision of the omnichannel experience it wants to create for its members,” comments Duncan.
“That’s really the key to omnichannel success – creating a unique experience for your credit union’s unique membership. No two credit unions are the same, nor should they be,” he states.
Other customers of Bankjoy include CommunityWide Federal Credit Union; Advantage Plus Federal Credit Union; One Detroit Credit Union; Georgia Heritage Federal Credit Union; and Wepawaug-Flagg Federal Credit Union.
