MVB Bank in tech overhaul with Jack Henry’s Silverlake core system
MVB Bank, a $1.4 billion community bank in West Virginia, has signed for a new core banking system, Jack Henry’s Silverlake.
The new system will be delivered on an outsourced basis, hosted by JHA OutLink Processing Services (JHA OPS).
Jack Henry says the decision to go with Silverlake was reached “after a thorough assessment of its business and technical requirements” by MVB Bank.
The bank has also opted for the vendor’s jhaEnterprise Workflow and Banno Platform, with the latter “to unite and power the bank’s entire digital suite”.
The new system is expected “to create personnel resource savings across MVB Bank’s functions and to generate notable efficiency gains”, Jack Henry states.
