New go-lives for D+H Corporation’s PhoenixEFE core banking system
Provident Credit Union in California and MountainOne Bank in Massachusetts have gone live with new core banking software – PhoenixEFE from D+H Corporation.
The vendor says both institutions converted from “competitive solutions”. MountainOne Bank, for instance, was outsourcing its core processing to Connecticut Online Computer Centre (COCC). COCC’s hosted platform is based on Fiserv’s DNA core system.
The two projects started in mid-2015, Banking Technology understands. Provident CU and MountainOne went live with PhoenixEFE “within days of one another”, according to D+H.
“Both report that the results and experience was much better than they could have imagined,” the vendor adds.
The deployed modules include core, channels, lending, payments, business intelligence (BI) and customer relationship management (CRM), Banking Technology understands.
