People on the Move: Gene Fredriksen, Global Forum to Advance Cyber Resilience
Gene Fredriksen, chief information security officer for credit union service organization PSCU, has been selected to help represent the nation’s credit unions in the Global Forum to Advance Cyber Resilience, a public/private initiative bringing together industry, business, government and critical infrastructure leaders to operationalize cyber resilience and cybersecurity. Fredriksen will offer credit unions representation in the forum, which will benefit the credit union industry by developing tools and techniques to more effectively fight cybercrime. The first forum meeting was held in February 2016.
Based in St. Petersburg, Fla., PSCU is a U.S. credit union service organization owned by more than 800 member credit unions representing more than 18.9 million credit, debit, prepaid, online bill payment and mobile accounts.
