ITRS expands in China with eBroker integration
ITRS, the analytics and real-time monitoring technology provider, has announced plans to integrate its Geneos platform with the trading and risk management platform of eBroker Systems to provide a series of performance metrics for users.
The agreement will see Geneos monitor both eBroker’s deployed and hosted trading platform. eBroker Systems operate in the Greater China region working with both buy-side and sell-side firms.
Following the integration, due in March 2016, traders and operations teams using the system will be able to track several metrics in the trade lifecycle which can be used to identify bottlenecks and processing issues, including:
- Latest order execution status per dealer
- Total number of online / offline users
- Process status and resource utilisation
- Web server status and exceptions
- TCP connections and their send and receive rates
- Server health and performance
Users should also be able to filter this data based on rules and thresholds. Automated actions, as well as notifications, can then be configured in response to these parameters in order to avoid problems in delivering smoother trade and order management. ITRS says it will use this opportunity to expand its presence in the Chinese and Taiwanese markets.
