People on the Move: Jeff Lipa, Arroweye Solutions
Card marketing and production service provider Arroweye Solutions has named Jeff Lipa vice president of business development. He will manage Arroweye’s expansion in the financial services industry, as the demand for EMV-enabled credit, debit and prepaid cards continues to be strong. Lipa, who has more than 15 years of strategic growth and financial services experience, also will help Arroweye’s clients better communicate with cardholders and provide more relevant, timely card solutions through Arroweye’s fully customizable personalization and card production.
