Company on the Move: Global Transaction Banking Solution, formerly Fundtech
DH Corp., a provider of technology solutions to financial institutions globally, announced that it has rebranded Fundtech as its new Global Transaction Banking Solution (GTBS) business. The newly formed strategic business unit will be led by Edward Ho, who was formerly the chief operating officer and president of Fundtech. GTBS complements D+H’s existing strategic business units that operate in lending technologies, integrated core and payment solutions, according to the company. The rebranding is part of the integration that had already been underway after D+H acquired Fundtech in April of this year. As part of the rebranding, the Fundtech Website was integrated into dh.com.
