People on the Move: Bill St. Clair, Christine Rodriguez and Neil Pagnam, National Gift Card Corp.
National Gift Card Corp. (NGC), a marketer and supplier of gift cards for use in loyalty, incentive and rewards programs, has appointed Bill St. Clair senior vice president of operations. St. Clair will be responsible for leading the company’s third-party fulfillment and gift card fulfillment, including oversight of staffing development, operational and strategic planning; short- and long-range budget planning; and system processes. A 25-year veteran of incentive fulfillment, he most recently handled merchandise rewards and is responsible for establishing the gift card fulfillment process at Maritz. Prior to Maritz he was with Westinghouse Electric.
NGC Europe also made two recent appointments to its management team. Christine Rodriguez was appointed head of brands development, and Neil Pagnam fills the role of head of new business development. Rodriguez previously worked at Sodexo and Pagnam worked for Edenred. Both join Finance Director Angela Turton and CEO Andrew Johnson to complete the management team at NGC Europe, a subsidiary of U.S.-based NGC.
