People on the Move: Kuan Archer, Green Dot Corp.
Green Dot Corp. has appointed Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Product Development, Kuan Archer, to chief operating officer. He will continue to lead all of product development and IT, while assuming oversight of vendor management and procurement, business continuity, human resources and supply chain and retail execution. He will report directly to CEO Steve Streit. Since 2012, Archer has led Green Dot’s entire technology organization, including worldwide product/software development, IT, network operations and information security. Kuan previously served as senior vice president of the cloud services platform division at Rovi Corp. He also served in various leadership roles at Symantec Corp.
