People on the Move: Blair Jeffery, PreCash Inc.
Payments services and processing provider PreCash Inc. has promoted Blair Jeffery to chief operating officer. Jeffery joined PreCash in 2010 and most recently served on the company’s executive committee as senior vice president of sales and business development. As COO, Jeffery will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, regulatory, legal, product management and product marketing functions. He is charged with driving growth and profitability of PreCash’s consumer services and merchant services divisions. Under Jeffery’s direction, the company has seen record growth, diversified its customer base, grown its money transmission service and successfully launched a mobile bill payment app, Evolve Money.
