Companies on the Move: Mercury Payment Systems, International Service Excellence Award, Service All-Star Award
Mercury Payment Systems, a Vantiv company that provides payments technology and services for small and midsize businesses, has received two awards for its customer service. The Customer Service Institute of America selected Mercury for the 2014 International Service Excellence Award in the Medium Business category, and the National Customer Service Association (NCSA) selected Mercury as the Service Team of the Year for 2014. The International Service Excellence Awards recognize organizations and individuals that excel in service around the globe. The NCSA Service All-Star Awards recognize a service individual, a service team and a service organization for going above and beyond their normal team duties.
