People on the Move: Kaylene Barnes, Sheryl Britton, Chassidy Butler, Bonnie Lemke, Jason Medick and Matt Flynn, The Members Group
The Members Group (TMG) has announced the addition of several directors, each of whom brings extensive financial services experience to the Des Moines, Iowa-based payments processor.
Kaylene Barnes has been hired as director of client support. She will oversee project services; education services and client solutions; and integrate TMG’s strategic vision, values and service standards with each of the company’s client-facing teams. Barnes previously was an employee of Insurance Technologies, a software developer for the insurance and financial services industries.
Sheryl Britton has been appointed managing director for Canada. She will help lead TMG’s international expansion efforts with a focus on the Canadian market. Britton has extensive knowledge of the Canadian payments space and comes to TMG from ARC Business Solutions Inc., an IT consulting firm.
Chassidy Butler, director of new product sales, is responsible for introducing TMG’s financial institution clients to products, such as data analytics, offered through the company’s strategic partnerships. She also is involved in TMG’s international expansion efforts. Butler previously served as a project analyst for Wells Fargo.
Bonnie Lemke has been hired as director of platform support. She will ensure the company’s vision and service standards are achieved across each of TMG’s credit, debit, PIN and ATM processing platforms. Lemke brings to TMG extensive cards and payments experience. She previously developed several technology road maps for Wells Fargo and managed end-to-end client conversion projects for the SHAZAM Network.
Jason Medick has been named director of marketing and will lead a variety of marketing projects, including coordination of the annual TMG Executive Summit, scheduled for July 27-29, 2015, in Vancouver, Canada. Medick was a franchise owner of Home Instead Senior Care and served as one of 12 peer-elected executives on the company’s national council. He also has held a variety of marketing positions with two Des Moines-area companies, Strategic America and Dice Holdings Inc.
Matt Flynn has been promoted to director of client development. He has been with the company since 2001 and most recently served as client business executive. As director of client development, Flynn will be responsible for managing a team of client development analysts, developing consistency in processes and tools and serving as the point person for TMG client relationships with IQR Consulting.
