People on the Move: Robert P. Zinn, K&L Gates
Robert P. Zinn, partner and a firm-wide leader of K&L Gates’ global corporate and transactional practice, has been named one of Global M&A Network’s Top 50 North American M&A Lawyers, part of the Top 50 Americas Dealmakers List. The award recognizes the most accomplished and innovative lawyers, private equity dealmakers and investment bankers from the North American deal community. Zinn was recognized particularly for his and his firm’s work in large and upper-middle market deals. Last year, Zinn was featured in Merger and Acquisitions magazine’s selection of K&L Gates as “Law Firm of The Year,” as part of its annual mid-market awards.
