Visa Inc. has appointed Rajat Taneja executive vice president of technology. He is responsible for Visa’s global technology function, including development and delivery of innovative products, engineering and technology operations, as well as ongoing research and development. Taneja will report to CEO Charlie Scharf. Taneja has served as chief technology officer at Electronic Arts and as corporate vice president, commerce division, Microsoft.
