Companies on the Move: InComm Digital Solutions, formerly Giftango (August 2013)

Giftango, a digital gifting solutions provider and wholly owned subsidiary of InComm, announced it now operates under the name InComm Digital Solutions. InComm, an Atlanta-based technology firm, acquired Giftango Corp. in December of 2012 with the intent of having Giftango serve as its digital division. Giftango International, a subsidiary of Giftango, will operate under the name InComm Europe. Founded in 2005, Giftango entered digital gifting by providing turnkey solutions to help merchants sell gift cards from their Websites.
